From Worcester, North - Rte. I-190 North to Exit 6. Turn right, to next left, Chocksett Road, proceed for 1 mile. Turn left onto Pratt's Junction Road, proceed 7/10 mile to Industrial Drive on left. Sterling Gym is at the bottom of hill. From Fitchburg, South - Rte. I-190 South to Exit 6. Turn right, 9/10 mile to Pratt's Junction Road on right. (Black Sheep Tavern Restaurant on corner). Proceed 9/10 mile to Industrial Drive on right. Sterling Gym is at the bottom of hill. From Leominster, South - Rte. 12 South to Pratt's Junction Road on Left (Black Sheep Tavern Restaurant on corner). Proceed 9/10 mile to Industrial Drive on right. Sterling Gym is at the bottom of hill. From Clinton, West - West on Rte. 62 to Chocksett Road. Right onto Pratt's Junction Road. Proceed 7/10 mile to Industrial Drive on left. Sterling Gym is at the bottom of hill. From the North, New Hampshire, Maine - Take Route 495 South to Route 2 West, Acton - Fitchburg. In Leominster area, follow signs for Route 190 South towards Worcester. Take exit 6 off Route 190. Turn right, 9/10 mile to Pratt's Junction Road on right. (Black Sheep Tavern Restaurant on corner). Proceed 9/10 mile to Industrial Drive on right. Sterling Gym is at the bottom of hill. From the East, Boston, or West, NY, Connecticut - Take Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to Exit 10 in Auburn. Proceed East on Route 290 towards Worcester, to Route 190 North (Exit 19: Fitchburg - Leominster). Proceed on Rt. 190 North to Exit 6. Turn right at end of ramp, then next left onto Chocksett Road. Proceed for 1 mile, then turn left onto Pratt's Junction Road, proceed 7/10 mile to Industrial Drive on left. Sterling Gym is at the bottom of hill.
